Requesting improvements made to the History tab. It wold be helpful to see: Activity broken down by user with summaries (total calls, texts, emails manually sent) Ability to choose a timeframe Ability to see how many of those contacts resulted in actually reaching the client Remove "Set a Follow Up" as this follow up system has been depreciated.
