Remove client from specific automations flows
in progress

From Fierce 45: "We would love the ability to manually take a client out of an automation without having to pause all the automations entirely. For example, if a client texts back that they were in town visiting, we would love to take them out of the automation for our intro offer deal and to book into another class but would love for them to still get our newsletters and birthday automations."

Ability to see what automations a client is currently in, and manually remove, vs just being able to remove from all.

Ability to Adjust Automations for Specific Client

I'd love to be able to see within a client's profile:
-which automation journey they are currently in
-upcoming scheduled automations
-and have the ability to delete or edit any upcoming automations for that specific client

Automations Roadmap
Loyalsnap Team
We would like to view a roadmap of all Automations that are turned on and at what points in the client journey they will send.
Additionally, it would be nice to be able to view all clients who have received a certain Automation.

Ability to Manually Add a Client to an Automation Journey

If something doesn't trigger correctly (or is an abnormal situation) I'd love to be able to manually add a client into a specific automation journey

Fully support this request. There are various scenarios in which this would be a very helpful feature. Here are a couple of examples:
(1) platform delays - while not common, we've experienced several material delays in the platform sending out automated messages (from 1-2 hours to 8+hrs). This messes up our cadence, and results in incongruent touch points to the client. For example, if the initial lead automation is not fired, we'll call the client and may also manually text. Then at some later point the initial lead text and email get sent out and it looks embarassing especially if we have since engaged with the client.
(2) After hours interactions - since LS queues up automated txt messages that occur after hours until 9am the next morning, and then selects the last queued message to send, similar to example 1 above could be completely out of context by that time. We may have already been engaging with the client, or we may need to communicate with a manual txt message that would be incongruent if it were followed up by an automated message.

This would be helpful. It sounds similar to other requests made here year’s have asked to be able to turn off certain automations but not others (disable texts but not emails)
