"I'm hoping to make it possible to condition an automation to be sent out to clients who have not taken a specific class/visit/appointment type for any length of time, while they are still visiting the studio, taking other classes/visits/appointments within that time frame. The lapsed client automations only target those who have not been to our studio at all in specified number of days but I, as the Head of Private Client Experience, have clients who may be taking group classes (via a membership) and private sessions (class credits) but fall off on private side specifically that I want to re-engage."
