Assign clients to staff members
Some studios have trainers who take private training clients. It would be useful to be able to assign certain clients to staff members so they could receive notifications/alerts related to that client's activities and have visibility into their specific clients.

Day range for "purchase" condition

The conditions being used for this set are reflective of Leads clients. "New Clients" would be a more appropriate name for this condition set, as many studios' intro clients have purchased intro packages, specifically

We'd like to be able to delete a text
We need the ability to delete text threads because some clients initially request more information but later decide they don’t want further contact. While we can remove them from LoyalSnap and delete them from ClubReady, other LoyalSnap users within the company (such as front desk staff) might still see the text thread and unintentionally reach out again. If a delete feature were available—or if we at least had the option to request support to delete threads for us—it would help prevent this issue.

Add a timestamp to incoming text messages
It would be extremely helpful to know when a prospect texted to prioritize the ones that have been waiting longest.

Block inbound numbers - inbound text leads
If a spam number texts the studio line, it would be helpful to be able to block future messages from being received from that number, in Loyalsnap.
