Requesting to add a filter to the text messages to filter "TEXTES THAT HAVE NO RESPONSE"? Or color coded would work. response required or color code. Sometimes folks read the text, do not respond and then that message is lost.

There are circumstances where a person has opted out of BLAST SMS, but we wish to schedule individual texts for a future date/time. We'd like the ability to have these automatically scheduled OTHER THAN “tomorrow at 9am”. We'd like a feature where we have the ability to assign a future date/time of our choosing VERSUS having to individually choose to update from “tomorrow at 9am”

It would be great to be able to condition an automation based on the instructor of a class. For example, we would love to email a client when they take a class from a new instructor or after they have taken a certain number of classes from the same instructor.

Requesting the ability to create a folder and have a subfolder under the static list of clients

Requesting that failed text messages prompt an alert, pop-up, or appear on a list or report

Currently, this functionality is only available for SMS. Requesting this become available for WhatsApp, as well.

Request: to ingest the parent/child client relationships so that this data is displayed in a more intuitive way in LS. Typically, the studios only want to communicate with the "parent" account, however, the child accounts are taking visits.
