The ability to sort blasts by scheduled SEND dates
The ability to sort Scheduled Blasts by Scheduled Send Date in addition to Alphabetical, Creation Date and Last Updated. This eliminates the need to maintain an email calendar outside of LoyalSnap. Thank you.

Requesting the ability to use a hosted phone number for click to call, once inbound calling is available.

Customize the data the reporting dashboard is looking for
It would be awesome to be able to set some parameters within the reporting dhaboard pages to make sure it is showing relevant data for how we run/count things within our studios. For example, we offer a free week trial which is getting counter towards purchases but that's not really helpful for me to see that number + actual purchases. Additionally, the contracts section is looking to "auto pays" so none of our new members show up there since their first 2 - 6 months are contracted with payments scheduled out before starting on auto renew.

Reports: have the ability to see the number of calls answered or "reaching" the client. It's helpful to know societal trends and track which method of communication is most effective.

Automation for daily open benches text and/or email to an opt in list of members and prospects
A lot of members want to book same day stretches and would love to get the list of availability each day rather than having to look it up online or in the app
