Sync LoyalSnap Call Logs to ClubReady + Call Report Export
I wanted to submit a technical feature request related to how call activity is handled between LoyalSnap and ClubReady. Today, LoyalSnap is alreadd calls internally, but that data only lives inside LoyalSnap. None of that call activity is written back into ClubReady. This creates a gap because ClubReady is our system of record for prospects, members, staff activity, and performance tracking. All other major interactions like texts and engagement notes flow back into ClubReady. Calls are the only major channel that does not. Because of that, our teams have no visibility into call activity inside ClubReady, and none of our downstream reporting, or business tools can see or use that data. We are requesting two related enhancements. 1) Sync LoyalSnap calls into ClubReady as User Notes with call metadata We would like LoyalSnap to automatically create User Notes in ClubReady when calls occur, using the existing ClubReady API endpoints for user notes and activity logging. Each inbound and outbound call logged in LoyalSnap would generate a corresponding User Note tied to the correct prospect or member. The User Note should include structured call details, aligned with ClubReady’s native call tracking fields, including: -Call type like inbound or outbound -Call outcome like answered, no answer, voicemail, missed, etc -Timestamp -Duration -Staff user who placed or received the call -Any available disposition or outcome label From a functional standpoint, this should behave the same way ClubReady logs calls or notes created directly in their system, so that call history appears in the full communication timeline for the user. LoyalSnap already has this data. This request is specifically to transform and push that existing call data into ClubReady via their API so calls live alongside texts, notes, and other activities. 2) Call report export and data access We also need a way to extract call metrics from LoyalSnap for reporting and automation. Ideally this would include one or more of the following options: -Manual export of call reports to Excel or CSV -Scheduled emailed reports -A webhook or API endpoint to pull call activity and metrics The exported data should include the same call fields listed above so it can be used for sales performance tracking, lead management, and operational reporting. Why this matters Studios like ours run sales operations, staff accountability, and lead management out of ClubReady. When calls only live in LoyalSnap, they are effectively invisible to the rest of the business. Syncing call logs into ClubReady and providing exportable or accessible call reports would: -Centralize all communication history -Enable accurate performance tracking -Support sales coaching and accountability -Allow integration into existing reporting and automation workflows We are happy to partner on validation, field mapping, or testing if helpful.
