Would love to see the ability to log in person interactions as an option similar to logging a call to keep track of all in person contacts.

Please add feature allowing LoyalSnap to create/push data INTO ClubReady (two-way), specifically: 1.) create a new prospect/lead record (name, phone, email, source/tag, notes) 2.) create a booking/appointment (if supported)

Would love an auditory sound when a new lead comes in on the Dashboard or message comes in to the Inbox. These settings could be optional where users could turn them on or off. It would be extrememly helpful for our front desk as they are on many different screens throughout the day and have to manually go back to LoyalSnap (and switch between messages and dashboard) to see if anything has arrived that needs attention.

I spent a lot of time creating email templates with links and graphics embedded, only to learn afterwards that the created email templates are not available to select on individual accounts when click on saved response templates in email. I want to be able to send these emails with graphics to individual users without creating an email blast. Currently it appears the only way to utilize a created email template is by utilizing an email blast.

A lead that has already entered the system from your ads etc being able to fall into a category on your dashboard and enter a funnel - currently once they're in your system you don't allow them to reappear in a category and the only way to engage them is to look on your ads and identify that user has been a lead before and manually engage

We frequently receive data for duplicate client accounts from the booking platforms. Requesting a way to identify potentially duplicate accounts in Loyalsnap so studios can manually disable the duplicate or merge the profiles on their end.

Requesting the ability to segment and export email blast data to better understand what times work best for the blasts a studio is sending. Specific metrics that would be helpful: Title Date Time Open % Click % # of Recipients Subject of the email Segmentation (if possible)
