Automate tasks to be created and assigned to a team member if a member hits a certain criteria. For example, could you automate adding a "task" to my task list if a member hasn't attended class in 7 days.

"We would love to see this field added along with the active membership and info on the profile page. We offer Recovery Now and this field is necessary for us to determine if the lead came in from a Training Ad or a Recovery Ad (since LoyalSnap can't separate the services right now). I feel that this is a workaround for us to know which services the lead is looking for. In MindBody, it's called “Referred By” and seems like it could be a direct link. See attached. This sample shows that the lead clicked on one of our Recovery ads so we know they're interested in recovery therapy, not fitness."

Right now, there is an option to choose scheduled, signed in, no show, and late-cancelled as a last visit status when creating an email blast, but there is no option for early cancelled, or just cancelled.

We would love the option to pin a note to the top of our members profile. So we do not have to scroll for important information like injuries or class level approval. Thank you!

Create automations to text older leads

Requesting an update to display a client's opt-out status on dynamic client lists and the ability to condition by opt-out status (pull a list of unsubscribes).

For example opt members out of automated 24 hour booking confirmation texts

There are several cancel status' available to choose from in MTK, requesting only a "penalty cancel" status is considered a "late cancel". Requested by 305 fitness.
