Feature Requests

Automations to be sent out when a client status is updated (regardless of other factors). Subsequent automations to be sent out days after this update.

There is a feature / integration in CRD that sends a 4 digit code to a client for their Membership Agreement that allows this to electronically sign their agreement. This is apparently a separate integration feature from the API that would be beneficial for Xpo clients The 4 digit code was pushed from ClubReady and sent through ZipWhip, so studios are inquiring on if they could push the message from ClubReady and have it be sent through Loyalsnap.

Sometimes we like to share documents from information evenings etc with members (in a PDF format). It would be great if we are able to attach these files to email blasts.

The SMS & Email blast pages become confusing / challenging to navigate once there have been several Blasts sent. It would be incredibly useful to be able to filter views on Sent, Scheduled and Draft. Furthermore, it would be useful to be able to archive blasts (or move them to an "Sent" folder for later access) to aid in simplifying blast planning / organization.

We do checkins at 7 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. I'd rather have these as tasks for me to call instead of automated emails/texts. We avg 18-30 new members a month and manually entering 4 tasks for each is super time consuming.

Clients would like the ability to recognize whether a contract was cancelled manually or due to expiration so they can create different outreach for these groups.

These enhancements would be to facilitate communication via the dashboard and quickly recognize client types, at a glance. It's very helpful because you don't have to read a call history once you see that. Would it be possible for "Not Interested" people on LS be color-coded so it's easy to spot?"

"I'm hoping to make it possible to condition an automation to be sent out to clients who have not taken a specific class/visit/appointment type for any length of time, while they are still visiting the studio, taking other classes/visits/appointments within that time frame. The lapsed client automations only target those who have not been to our studio at all in specified number of days but I, as the Head of Private Client Experience, have clients who may be taking group classes (via a membership) and private sessions (class credits) but fall off on private side specifically that I want to re-engage."
