A lead that has already entered the system from your ads etc being able to fall into a category on your dashboard and enter a funnel - currently once they're in your system you don't allow them to reappear in a category and the only way to engage them is to look on your ads and identify that user has been a lead before and manually engage

I fully support an enhancement that would allow us to take an old lead and place them back into the lead nurture workflow. This is a common scenario for us and requires a lot of effort to manually manage them through our lead nurture process.

Requesting the re-ingesting of "re-activated" clients in the booking platform, as well. (or being able to manually add a client to a leads category on the dashboard so the sales team know to follow up when someone who was previously a member reaches out again as a new lead requesting information)
