When duplicate client profiles existing in Loyalsnap, client responses are displayed in both profiles. Out-going messages are only displayed in the profile from which they are sent.

A studio has advised: we would want the whole text thread to be visible on both/all profiles that have the same phone number, like they are in ClubReady. That way we are not mistakenly replying to someone we have already replied to, not knowing they are duplicates.
