Add a direct clickable link to the user’s ClubReady profile anywhere a lead or member is displayed in the platform.

Why this matters

When a member has duplicate accounts, it becomes difficult to quickly confirm which profile we are actively texting or viewing. I have seen cases where two way communications appear under one record, while another record only shows LoyalSnap activity. Without a direct profile link, it takes extra time to manually search ClubReady, compare details, and confirm which account is actually tied to the conversation.
