It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to send voice notes directly through the text messaging feature, similar to the voice memo functionality available in standard messaging apps.

Explaining situations, answering questions, or addressing client concerns through text can be difficult, especially when tone and intent can be misinterpreted. At the same time, getting clients on the phone can be challenging, and email often feels impersonal.

Voice notes would give staff a more personal, conversational way to communicate with clients while maintaining the convenience of text messaging. A quick, friendly voice message can help explain a situation more clearly, convey empathy, and create a stronger personal connection than a lengthy text paragraph.

This feature would be especially valuable in allowing us to deliver a more personal client experience without requiring a phone call.
