Allow for recorded videos delivered by texts. Instead of YouTube links, the video is embedded in the LS text. Allow for a series of personalized videos to be created by the studio and sent via text for specific client workflows. The video is embedded and watched within the text window with a call to action such as book now or purchase trial button available. The problem is that currently clients get a text with a YT link and then they are lost to YT. with text embedded video they stay after the video and have a clear call to action.

Thanks for sharing this idea.
We can't do this today. Here is why:
— SMS is plain text only.
— MMS can carry short videos. Carriers limit the file to 5MB, and many lower the quality. Loyalsnap supports images in MMS today, but not video yet. Video is noted as a possible next step in our MMS work, and we've added your request to it.
— Buttons like "Book now" inside a text need a newer messaging standard called RCS. It depends on carriers and phones, not only on Loyalsnap.

Loyalsnap Team. What if the text opened had a link to LS page/content that had the video embedded that included the call to action all within the LS environment?

largoeast@f45training.com: Thanks, that's a helpful idea. Loyalsnap doesn't have pages like this today. Building one would mean hosting videos and adding booking buttons, which is new work. We've noted your idea.
What you can do now: make a simple page with your video and a booking button. Then send that page's link in your Loyalsnap text.
— If you have a website: add a new page to your site.
— If you don't have a website: you can build a simple page with a tool like Wix, Google Sites, Carrd or Canva. You don't need a full website for this.
With link tracking on, you can see which clients clicked the link.
