We recently released the following inbox improvements:
-the ability to mark messages as read/unread in bulk
-the ability to filter by unread, archived, or scheduled
-the ability to archive conversations

•The ability to merge duplicate text threads within the inbox. "While we acknowledge the presence of duplicate [profiles] in CR, it would be nice if LS can provide a mechanism to display only one SMS message per phone number in LS."

when a message is sent, is it possible for that same thread to remain on the screen instead of disappearing? A couple of times today we wanted to send a second text (because the enter button sent instead of gave us a line break) and accidentally send the second part of a message to the wrong person.
So basically, instead of an "inbox" it could act more like our phones where the most recent message sent OR received is on top?

Manage Inbox with closed / open messages

Right now its really hard to "manage" our inbox because its a lot list of all the messages. While I do like the "mark as unread" feature, it would be even more helpful if we could mark conversations as closed if we're done with that convo. That way the most important ones stay at the top / the ones we are awaiting responses from / the ones we are still having active conversations with. Also, whenever we do a SMS blast, we'll always get a small portion that will OPT OUT of messages, which then pushes down our recent convos and making it harder to find them! Attaching a screenshot of a similar feature that Facebook biz uses as an example. Thanks!
