Hi everyone,
Good news! When you send an email from a client’s profile, you can now choose to send it under your studio’s name instead of your own. Click the “From” line in the email window and pick your studio. Your choice is saved for your next email.
The email address stays the same, so replies still reach the same inbox.

Yes, but also as studio name and not users name. This is regardless of the user and geared to studio email and studio name showing.

yes yes yes yes!!! it is a true concern to have staff names on the email as the sender. this should reflect the studio that is sending the email, not an individual working for said studio. great suggestion!

Currently, the send-from name displayed when sending emails to a client through the client details page is reflective of the user profile sending the message. A studio has requested the ability to edit this send-from name to reflect that of the studio instead.
