They are requesting for Loyalsnap to support an automation where teachers receive an automatic email or WhatsApp message when they are scheduled to teach, for example the day before or a few hours before the class starts.

The objective would simply be to add a reminder layer on top of the booking platform reminder to reduce human error and improve reliability.
