Reports: have the ability to see the number of calls answered or "reaching" the client. It's helpful to know societal trends and track which method of communication is most effective.

I was going to request this as well. It would be great if we could see what percentage of calls everyday are being answered. Also an ability to log call as incoming or outgoing.
