Need the ability to not just postpone automations but remove a client from automations entirely, while still keeping them in LoyalSnap for manual messaging.

Hi! Good news — this is already available in the Loyalsnap portal.

On the client's profile (three-dot menu), select Pause automations → Indefinitely. The client stays in Loyalsnap, and you can still message them manually.
