We just launched Blast Campaigns, which solves exactly what you've been asking for. You can now chain emails and SMS blasts into a single campaign that branches based on how recipients engage. For example:
- Skip the follow-up for people who already opened, clicked, or replied — no more annoying engaged clients with repeat messages
- Or, automatically re-send to people who didn't open/engage — so your message reaches everyone who missed it the first time

For the question that I asked regarding the text/email blasts, I want to know if once it's sent out, if someone responds/clicks a link would they automatically be removed from subsequent scheduled text/email blasts? Similar to the above, people could get annoyed if they've responded and we're communicaticating but because they were on the initial list they're still receiving messages. It's also a waste of money to send subsequent text blasts out to people that have clicked/replied.
