Would love an auditory sound when a new lead comes in on the Dashboard or message comes in to the Inbox. These settings could be optional where users could turn them on or off. It would be extrememly helpful for our front desk as they are on many different screens throughout the day and have to manually go back to LoyalSnap (and switch between messages and dashboard) to see if anything has arrived that needs attention.

We multitask on our pages so getting a sound notification or having the tab with a red do notification to indicate a new message. that way we dont have to check for what we missed
