It would be nice to segregate some of the views gor lists and tasks iin Dash that are specific to the role of manager or leadership. Specific task would be in intro mist sale member on boarding check-in etc. We don’t want team working from and focused on. There’s not a good way to fence the task but these tasks are important

Hi Alex — good news: this is now available. With Role Based Dashboard Views, you can create roles (like Manager, Leadership, or Front Desk), assign them to your team, and then choose which dashboard categories each role can see. So the leadership-specific lists and tasks you mentioned — intro/sales check-ins, onboarding, and the like — can be limited to managers, while front desk staff see only the categories meant for them. It gets you the "separate manager view" outcome without splitting your dashboard in two: everyone works from one dashboard, but each person only sees the categories their role is allowed to see. Admins always see everything.

Ability to create multiple dashboards and assign access to each - OR - ability to assign access to dashboard categories per staff

I have some staff who come in and start doing things from the dashboard that I don't want them to do! It would be great to be able to set up specific dashboards that I can assign individually to staff so the ones that are trained on it can see it and the others see a simpler dashboard containing only what they know. This also would be great for breaking out the dashboards into Leads, Members, Past Members, etc... so the system can be more thorough but still approachable. Or if I could allow certain categories on the one dashboard to be seen by specific staff.

We would like to see a separate manager dashboard that regular front desk staff do not have access to. This could include missed sales tasks, as an example. This would be apart from everyday tasks that are generated in the buckets on the dashboard
