Include scheduled visits within "number of visit" parameters in automations

Currently, the "Minimum/maximum number of visits taken on these packages/contracts" does not consider scheduled visits. This is causing clients with scheduled visits to receive automations where these parameters are set from 0 to 0. Typically, these messages are sent out to encourage clients to schedule. This is confusing if the client is already scheduled.

We are excited to report that this is complete! Scheduled visits are now included with visits filters in Automations!
Because of your feedback and votes, this has been implemented!

I am in full support of adding additional logic. Although it doesn't happen frequently, we do have clients that purchase a trial package and then book their first class 2, 3 or more weeks out. It's annoying for them to get a "we haven't seen you yet" automated message.

I also would like to vote on this issue and agree 1000% we need future class enrollments to be a trigger to remove them from that automation flow so they don't keep getting confusing messaging about how we haven't seen them at the studio yet.

I’d like to cast my vote regarding this issue, and I fully agree with the statement above. Having that automation in place without accounting for current open bookings leads to miscommunication and confusion about whether prospects already have a class scheduled. It can also create the impression that the studios are disorganized when a member receives a confirmation message followed shortly by an opt-out request, resulting in two conflicting types of communication - one encouraging booking and another confirming attendance.
