Thanks for the feedback — this is a real gap. I've logged it with our engineering team so we can build a proper cross-location view for staff activity (calls, texts, tasks, etc. rolled up for one person across all their studios).

In the meantime, you can already get to some of this today via Loyalsnap Assistant: switch the scope to "This enterprise" and ask something like "How many calls did [staff name] make across all my studios this month?" — it'll aggregate across every location you have access to.

Not a full replacement for a dedicated report, but it should help until the report ships.
