Requesting improvements made to the History tab. It wold be helpful to see:
Activity broken down by user with summaries (total calls, texts, emails manually sent)
Ability to choose a timeframe
Ability to see how many of those contacts resulted in actually reaching the client
Remove "Set a Follow Up" as this follow up system has been depreciated.

Ability to see how many of those contacts resulted in actually reaching the client
Count "Set a Follow Up" as one of the tasks that are counted

Requesting client email and phone number be included in the data exportable from this feature.

1.Add the ability to see this for each location that they manage
Issue: No way to filter by or see which location the activity is tied to without going studio by studio.
Solution: Add a “Location” column and a filter/dropdown to sort by location(s). Bonus: color-tag the location for visual scanning.
- Rollup Metrics Per Location
Idea: Above the table, include a dropdown or multi-select for “Studio” to show totals per location:
e.g. “Studio Name/Location: 125 Calls | 78 Emails | 45 Texts”
Let them quickly benchmark team performance across studios.
- Make the Timeframe above the total summary.
It will be more user-friendly to see the timeframe and be able to adjust the dates accordingly if it is higher up.
- Show Engagement Outcomes (where applicable)
Add a column like “Engagement” or “Response?” so they can see if the communication got a reply, opened, bounced, etc.
Alternatively, color code or iconify engagement status on rows
Love your idea on seeing conversions, as well.
- User Filters & Totals
Let them filter by studio user and show totals per user below the table or on hover.
This helps identify who’s driving action and who might need coaching. Also less clicking. Always less clicking!
- Date Range & Export Enhancements
Add preset time ranges (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This Month) for quicker access as well.
Export should optionally group by location or user for better reporting.
- Flag Missed or Delayed Follow-ups
If someone scheduled a follow-up but it wasn’t completed within 24–48 hrs of it’s due date, flag it.
If someone completed a dashboard task that was there longer than 48 hours, flag it.
Maybe an icon (:warning:) or badge that says “Overdue follow-up” in Notes.
