These enhancements would be to facilitate communication via the dashboard and quickly recognize client types, at a glance.

"[In the booking platform], when you mark a prospect as not interested, it turns that call record bright red. It's very helpful because you don't have to read a call history once you see that. Would it be possible for "Not Interested" people on LS be color-coded so it's easy to spot?"
