Fix Message Archive Feature

We were super excited when the archive message feature came out so we could clear our inbox once a message has been dealt with. It's not functioning in a way that makes sense though. Archived threads do NOT show back up in the inbox when they reply back at a later date. (So if the same client messages us again next week with another question, it doesn't pop back up as an open message)
So it's essentially archiving the whole entire message thread, rather than functioning as a 'complete/done'

Hi Allie — thanks for writing this up so clearly.
This is fixed. When a client replies to an archived conversation, the thread now comes back into your inbox as open. So archive works as "done" rather than hiding the thread for good.
One thing stays archived on purpose: if a client replies STOP, that thread stays closed.
We're marking this complete. If you're still seeing archived threads that don't come back, tell us which studio and we'll take a look.
