Display a client's email opt in/out status on their profile

Currently, a client will show an opted out of email marketing tag sometimes, but not all. Often, a client will only be opted out of one type of email messaging so this tag will not be displayed.
Requesting the email subscription status be displayed similarly to how SMS subscription status currently is, to avoid confusion.
