It would be awesome to be able to set some parameters within the reporting dhaboard pages to make sure it is showing relevant data for how we run/count things within our studios. For example, we offer a free week trial which is getting counter towards purchases but that's not really helpful for me to see that number + actual purchases. Additionally, the contracts section is looking to "auto pays" so none of our new members show up there since their first 2 - 6 months are contracted with payments scheduled out before starting on auto renew.

Hi Team, unfortunately the custimization and package exclusion did not work. As you can see, I excluded ClassPass, but they're still being included.

f45 training dogtown stl: Hello, apologies for the confusion. The package filter only applies to metrics whose definition involves a purchase (a package or a contract). So when you select packages, these tiles will update:

Packages sold
Purchased autopay
Active autopays
New contracts sold / Contracts canceled
Recaptured clients, Clients at risk, Lapsed clients
The "Made first/second purchase" and "Purchased contract after first visit" tiles inside Net new members

The "New clients" tile and the visit funnel tiles ("Booked first visit", "Attended first visit", "Missed first visit", etc.) intentionally do not change. The reason is that a new client is counted as soon as they're added to the studio, before they've bought anything — so filtering them by package doesn't have a meaningful definition. Same idea for visit-based tiles: those count bookings and attendance, not purchases.

Good news — partial win on this one!
You can now filter Reports → Overview by package. Use the new package filter next to the date selector to include only the packages you care about, or exclude the ones you don't (e.g., a free trial that you don't want counted toward purchases).
This doesn't cover every part of your original request (like the contracts/autopays counting concerns), so we're closing this out for now and will keep that in mind for future improvements.
