Feedback on client messaging on multiple locations. Could we get an indicator/icon or something that would show that the client is in the chat with multiple locations? And perhaps a feature on the three dot menu that could remove them from a certain location? Also, I cannot see the messages coming from us from the clients original location thread which makes it seems like their responses are coming from nowhere. Could all convo be visible on all locations. Lastly, if a client hasnt visited one location in, for example, 3 months but has visited another location more recently, they get populated in the 'hasnt visited in a long time' bucket. I would love that to not be the case. I would also love the 'last visit' and 'next visit' section to display last visit and next visit for all locations. like 'last visit homewood studio= Sept 9th; last visit summit studio= April 19th" Thanks!
