Amber Lockhart Hi! Quick question regarding this. Are we able to edit the timing for specific automations or just change the general automation timeframe settings? (ie all automations will go out immediately if between the times of our selected settings)

Allie Baier: So sorry for the delay! You can only adjust timing for ALL Automations at this time, but I will keep the ability to adjust specific Automations on our radar!

Hi Loyalsnap Team,
We’d like to suggest a feature improvement regarding automation timing. We've received consistent feedback from members who aren’t happy receiving SMS messages early in the morning—especially around 8 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
It would be incredibly helpful if you could add an option to customize the time of day that automations are sent. This would allow us to better align communications with our community’s preferences and improve overall experience.
Thanks for considering this!

This has been added to our roadmap! We do not have a timeframe yet, but stay tuned - this is coming soon!

Hi there, definitely in agreement here! Would love to be able to schedule send or at the very least have a staggered approach.

Would love to be able to have automations sent out at an exact time - example - at 9 am the next day after a first class.

Would LOVE this feature as well, something after the 12pm time would be ideal. Thanks!

Yes! Yes! This would be incredibly helpful!

Yes, please. 8am hits and there’s a barrage of texts. Also…would like a 5 min delay on first lead text. It happens so fast, it’s assumed it’s a bot.
