can we add "reply" to specific message. And Emoji reaction to their message so our client can feel they are not chatting with bots.

Thanks for the request! Quick clarification before we dig in: both replying to a specific message and emoji reactions are iMessage/WhatsApp features — they aren’t supported by regular SMS.
Loyalsnap currently supports SMS and WhatsApp (not iMessage). WhatsApp does support both quoted replies and reactions, so if that’s the channel you’re using with your clients, there’s a real path to explore here.
If it’s SMS, these specific features won’t work no matter who builds them — but we’d love to hear more about what’s making your clients feel like they’re chatting with bots, since there might be another way we can help.
