If we could "add" phone numbers to users (not their mobiles), I think that could be really helpful if a member is calling them back. Currently, if my head coach reaches out, but then leaves for the day, the return call comes to the studio line and a phone tag begins. I don't want my staff giving our their cell numbers, however, if they could leave an alternate work number (aka a separate number under our system) that members could return their call to and it would log here or we could add it manually, of course. Picturing a system like most business that use "extensions", but it would forward to their cells if that makes sense.
