We have had a couple of people text us directly (without creating a MindBody profile) and they come into LoyalSnap with just the phone number. I think this happens from our Instagram page mainly or if a client shares our contact with someone who isn’t in our system. I’d love the option to get edit or add to the profile within LoyalSnap. The last time this occurred, I added the client in Mindbody thinking it would sync/merge in LS, but it didn’t. I can email a sample if needed.
